Kickboxing/Conditioning Class

The kickboxing/conditioning class is an MMA style class that focuses on punches, knees, kicks, elbows and takedowns. Conditioning is very important to keep up with the high intensity of kickboxing and jiu-jitsu, so conditioning drill will be added during class. Equipment such as knee pads, punching gloves, hand wraps are used. Students are encouraged to wear protective gear like mouthguards, head gear, athletic cups etc. Kickboxing/conditioning classes are offered every Monday thru Thursday, kids and adults separate.
